Cat collar dye

This product is equipped with a neodymium magnet, which allows the collar to detach if it gets caught on something, enhancing its safety. However, please refrain from using this product if any of the following apply:

・Animals receiving pacemaker treatment
・Owners who use pacemakers or other implantable electronic medical devices

Although no metal is used on the contact side of the collar, discontinue use immediately if any allergic reactions occur and consult a veterinarian.

This product is made from cowhide that was left over during the production of leather goods. It is leather that has been tanned with plant-based methods without the use of chromium or other chemicals. As a result, the new collar is soft, supple, and has the natural texture of leather.

・Vegetable-tanned leather
The leather develops a natural luster when exposed to air, light, and touch, and it will darken over time.

・ Black-dyed Vegetable-tanned leather
This smooth leather has a flat, refined touch that gains luster over time.

・ Natural dyed Vegetable-tanned leather
This leather is dyed using plant-based pigments extracted from natural sources, giving it a unique, vegetable-dyed finish.

For maintenance, light brushing or gentle wiping with a dry cloth is recommended.

Shipping Methods
We use either "Yamato Transport" or "Japan Post" for product delivery. Please note that the choice of shipping carrier cannot be specified.

However, for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa areas, we exclusively use Japan Post.

Shipping Fees
For deliveries within Honshu, a flat rate is applied. Different rates apply for Hokkaido and Okinawa.

If the purchase amount is less than 3,000 yen (tax included), a nationwide flat shipping fee is applied, and delivery date/time cannot be specified. Depending on the size of the product, it may be delivered to your mailbox. In such cases, delivery may take longer than regular courier services. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Schedule
After confirming the order details, we generally ship twice a week. You can check the shipping schedule here.

Delivery date/time requests can only be made starting five business days after the order date. If no specific date/time is requested, we will proceed with the earliest possible shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased items.

However, in cases of defective products, we will provide an exchange for the same item. If there is no inventory available for an exchange, we will issue a refund.

Order Changes, Additions, and Cancellations
Please note that changes, additions, or cancellations cannot be made after the order has been confirmed.
