Brass naturally changes color over time. Exposure to oxygen, humidity, and oils from the skin can cause it to take on a yellow-brown or reddish-brown tone.
Over a longer period, oxidation of the copper content may lead to a greenish-blue patina (verdigris).
If left unattended, this verdigris can cause degradation, so we recommend wiping it away in areas as preferred to maintain the item’s condition.

・If you wish to retain the brass's luster, polish it periodically. For a more natural patina, limit maintenance as desired.

・For light cleaning, dampen a soft cloth with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent, and gently wipe the surface. Rinse with water to remove any detergent residue, then thoroughly dry with a soft cloth.

・Brass is prone to scratching, so avoid using hard brushes or abrasive cleaners.

・Avoid contact between gold-plated items and water, perfume, lotion, and other chemicals, as these can cause the plating to wear off or discolor. Be sure to remove the item before showering, swimming, or exercising.

・After use, gently polish the item with a soft, lint-free cloth to remove any oils or dirt.

・Lightly dampen a soft cloth with lukewarm water and gently wipe the item. Avoid detergents, as they can damage the plating; it is best to clean with water only. Afterward, dry the item by gently wiping it with a dry, soft cloth to ensure no moisture remains.

・Avoid polishing with abrasive agents or rough cloths, as this can strip the coating.

・When storing, wrap the item in a soft cloth to protect it from air oxidation and humidity. This will help preserve its quality when not in use.

Shipping Methods
We use either "Yamato Transport" or "Japan Post" for product delivery. Please note that the choice of shipping carrier cannot be specified.

However, for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa areas, we exclusively use Japan Post.

Shipping Fees
For deliveries within Honshu, a flat rate is applied. Different rates apply for Hokkaido and Okinawa.

If the purchase amount is less than 3,000 yen (tax included), a nationwide flat shipping fee is applied, and delivery date/time cannot be specified. Depending on the size of the product, it may be delivered to your mailbox. In such cases, delivery may take longer than regular courier services. Thank you for your understanding.

Shipping Schedule
After confirming the order details, we generally ship twice a week. You can check the shipping schedule here.

Delivery date/time requests can only be made starting five business days after the order date. If no specific date/time is requested, we will proceed with the earliest possible shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for purchased items.

However, in cases of defective products, we will provide an exchange for the same item. If there is no inventory available for an exchange, we will issue a refund.

Please note that changes, additions, or cancellations cannot be made after the order has been confirmed.
